Fraternal adolescent twins, a brother and sister, have an unusual bond of psychic powers. Together Theo (Tom Cameron) and his sister Rachel (Sophie McBride) can save the world, but they are not always on the same page after the death of their mother. Moving to the home of their Aunt Kay (Michaela Rooney) and Uncle Cliff (Matthew Chamberlain) in the mountainous terrain of New Zealand, they discover a menace living in the caves and under the control of a man named Mr. Wilberforce (Oliver Driver), a not so friendly neighbor. With the help of Mr. Jones (Sam Neill), another mysterious resident, they begin to uncover the secret existence of trolls and drones.
