Puff, Puff, Pass is the story of two friends and avid marijuana users, Rico (Ronnie Warner) and Larry (Danny Masterson) who decide to start a small advertising company. Their plans are derailed though, when they are kicked out of their small, cramped city apartment and lose all of their money. They decide that to get out of their current, desperate situation, they will turn to their love of drugs for inspiration. They do and decide to rob a major drug dealer in the area. This plan gets them in all kinds of hot water as they flee, fearing for their lives and their stash.
