This movie is about big-time crime coming to a small town. Two friends Rack (Toby Keith) and Lonnie (Rodney Carrington) that happen to be deputies find themselves caught up in a conflict with an ultra-violent drug kingpin. The villain decides to get revenge for his brothers arrest by kidnapping Rack's girlfriend (Claire Forlani). From here the two friends must decide whether to sit back and wait, or go rescue the girl on their own. Of course they defy the authorities and decide to do it themselves. They recruit another friend and his bow and arrow and then set off for a little vigilante justice and of course to save the damsel in distress.
